Graph Neural Network & Scholarly Data Mining
Biography
I am a PhD student dedicated to scholarly data mining, with a specific focus on bridging the gap between theoretical research and functional software. My work centers on quantifying research impact by analyzing open-source ecosystems like GitHub, aiming to build enriched datasets that measure both academic influence and practical utility.
Currently, my research leverages Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) and graph learning to map structured relationships between papers and their software artifacts. I am particularly interested in developing multi-view recommendation systems that serve dual purposes:
For Funders: Providing decision-support tools to identify high-impact, reproducible research.
For Researchers: Connecting scholars with papers that offer reliable, utilizable code repositories.
I am always eager to collaborate with fellow researchers and practitioners interested in the evolution of scholarly ecosystems.
