Biography

My research centers on combining mathematical modeling with machine learning to generate robust statistical inferences from data. The focus of my work is explainable and interpretable AI, developing models that go beyond accurate prediction to reveal how data behaves, identify underlying patterns, and make the decision-making process of AI systems transparent and understandable, particularly in high-stakes domains like healthcare.
