Biography

I am a PhD student working on causality in continuous-time event streams. My research focuses on investigating the assumptions for discovering causal structure from event streams and how to integrate the causal knowledge into machine learning models, allowing them to perform causal reasoning tasks. My research aims to facilitate the development of robust machine learning systems that can be used to support decision-making process in high-stake domains where experiments can be difficult to perform, e.g., healthcare, education, public policy, etc. I am interested in collaborating with researchers in machine learning, generative AI, causal inference, and related fields.
